昆士兰大学2020年S2条件COE政策

学生需满足以下条件可以申请条件COE：

1. 英语分数需已经达到所申请专业的要求（持有与语言中心ICTE打包offer的除外）。
2. 学生目前处于学习阶段的最后一个学期，即将毕业获得学位。
3. 学生已提供截止目前所处阶段的全部成绩单 (认证/非认证或官方/非官方均可)，且分数已达到所申请专业的录取要求。

学校会逐一审理申请人的资格，如符合，学校会签发一个有条件的CoE表格给学生填写；如果有的学生未收到 有条件的CoE表格，但认为自己满足UQ的条件COE政策，可以通过网申系统向学校申诉，学校会再次审核。

Upate Conitional CoE policy

UQ unerstan the ifficulties applicants are facing completing their current stuies on time an getting the necessary ocumentation from their home institutions uring the COVID-19 crisis.

UQ has revise its 2020 Conitional CoE policy to allow eligible applicants to acquire a Conitional CoE even if the applicant has not attaine a high school qualification or egree awar at the time of submitting their ocumentation via UQ’s OLA. Once a Conitional CoE request is approve, applicants can accept their offer an finalise the eposit payment prior to their school or home university grauation. A Conitional CoE permits applicants to submit their application for a Stuent Visa an commence their program at UQ in time for Semester 2, 2020.

Stuents will be eligible for a conitional CoE if they meet below criteria:

1. They have met the University’s English language requirements. With the exception for stuents who are on an English package offer with ICTE, who will be eligible for a conitional CoE without having to meet English requirement for UQ egree programs.
2. They currently enrolle in the final semester of stuy an will complete their high school qualification or egree.
3. They have provie full transcripts (certifie/uncertifie or official/unofficial) up until the secon last semester an are currently meeting the GPA requirement for the preferre UQ program commencing Semester 2, 2020.

UQ consiers each stuent’s eligibility when assessing applications. If the applicant is eligible, they will be sent a conitional CoE form to complete an return with the applicant’s acceptance ocuments. All of this ocumentation is then processe together. If a stuent hasn’t receive a conitional CoE form an you think the applicant is eligible for a conitional CoE, please sen us a request via the online application portal. All requests will be reviewe for eligibility an applicants will be notifie of the outcome.

Once we avise you an the applicants of a ate to submit these ocuments, failure to provie the outstaning ocuments by this ate may result in the stuent not being able to continue stuies an potentially having their CoE revoke. Special arrangements This special arrangement is for Semester 2, 2020 commencements an will be reviewe as the situation pertaining to COVID-19 changes. We unerstan that there is a lot of uncertainty regaring the future. For stuents unable to join us for Semester 2, 2020 ue to the COVID-19 panemic, epening on their circumstance they can either choose to efer their stuies to a future semester or withraw from UQ. As is currently the policy, stuents who are unable to meet the conitions of conitional COEs, will be given a full refun of their eposit / fees pai. Stuents with any other reasons for not being about to commence Semester 2 will be assesse by UQ on a case to case basis. UQ recognises that these are unpreceente circumstances an we will work with you to resolve each case.
