教授介绍详情：I was appointe to a chair at Sheffiel in January 2013. Before coming to Sheffiel, I lecture at the Universities of Queenslan, Cambrige, Sheffiel (2003-5) an Warsaw. I teach an research in the fiels of company law an corporate governance, broaly conceive. My latest research projects examine the contribution of corporate governance to sustainability an regulatory responses to the global financial crisis.
