What are the NOC codes for employees in e-commerce or Internet Advertising?

Our immigration programs use the National Occupational Classification (NOC) to decide if a job or type of work experience meets their eligibility.

a. Search your job title or the NOC code.

b. Find the closest match in the list.

c. Make sure the main duties listed match the duties of your job.

· if they don't, you will need to find a different job title with duties that match yours.

d. Write down the numeric code and job title.

· For example: 7253 Gas fitters

e. Take note of the number in the “Filter items” field of the table as well as the skill level or type in the last column.

Can we only use TEF-Canada for French language skills testing? Do the scores of English and French in the CRS system add up?

You can take any of these approved language tests:

English：

· you must take the CELPIP-General test

· we don’t accept the General-LS test for Express Entry

IELTS: International English Language Testing System 

· you must take the General Training option

· we don’t accept the Academic option for Express Entry

French

TCF Canada: Test de connaissance du français , including:

If you apply for permanent residence through one of the programs under Express Entry, you can earn up to 50 additional points for strong French language skills (even if French is your second language). This is in addition to points you get for official languages.

While I am in the pool, is there any time limit for an invitation or do I need to re-submit my application at some point?

If you are not invited to apply within 12 months of submitting your Express Entry profile, it will automatically expire. You can see this date in your account.

When your profile expires, it will be removed from the system. You will get a message in your account.

You can still create a new profile. If your profile is about to expire, you can print out screenshots of your profile to make it easier to re-enter your data.

Don’t create a new profile until your existing profile expires. If you do, you’ll need to withdraw your existing profile first.

如果你在提交快速通道个人档案后的 12 个月内没有被邀请递交申请，那么你的个人档案将自动过期。你可以在账户里看到具体日期。

Is working experience in canada the most difficult requirement to meet for immigrating to Canada?

There are 3 immigration programs managed through Express Entry: Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).

These programs have minimum requirements for skilled work experience, language ability and education. You must meet all the minimum requirements to be eligible.

There are also many resources available to assist you in finding a job in Canada. For example, Job Bank is a job-searching tool you can use.

The amount of money you need to support your family depends on the size of your family. To calculate the size of your family you must include

· your spouse or partner

· your dependent children and

· your spouse’s dependent children

Include your spouse or dependent children even if they’re

· permanent residents or Canadian citizens

· not coming to Canada with you
