新西兰开放边境，高校如何选择

      当地时间3月16日， 新西兰总理阿德恩宣布新的边境开放计划。

       计划包括从4月12日起，向澳大利亚的游客开放边境；暂定从5月2日起，向新西兰免签国家及其他国家已持有新西兰签证的游客开放边境。

      游客需要在出发前进行检测（PCR检测和RAT检测皆可），在入境新西兰后，还需要接受两次检测，分别是第0/1天，和第5/6天。
