TCDSB新学期开学安排

随着中国春节的来临，TCDSB 2022年2月春季开学的新学期也即将拉开帷幕。最近，国际部就国际生学前测试和新学期入学安排发布了重要通知。

一. 关于新生测试

After 48 hours of completing your assessment tests, the legal custoian must call the school for registration.

在完成学前评估测试48 小时后，法定监护人必须致电学校进行注册。

Your school will provie information such as scheuling, uniform, etc. to you at this Registration. Custoian is require to atten this Registration with the stuent together. If you encounter ifficulty to contact the school, please email me an/or the team here.

学校会在注册时向你提供诸如课程表、校服等信息。法定监护人必须与学生一起参加本次注册。如果您在联系学校方面遇到困难，请给国际部工作团队发邮件。

Timetable will be provie to you by your school Guiance Counsellor.

课程表将由您的学校指导老师提供。

 二. 第二学期安排：

I t is confirme that as of January 31, 2022, the TCDSB will be moving towar a 4-Perio Day, with stuents In-Person All Day. Therefore, school will begin Semester 2 by reverting to our 4-Perio Day, incluing 3 lunch perios.

经确认，从 2022 年 1 月 31 日起， TCDSB 将向 4 课时日转变，学生全天都在校上课。因此，第二学期将恢复我们的 4 节课日，包括 3 个午餐时间 ( 错峰就餐 ) 。

1. SEMESTER 2 START:

第 2学期开学

Before Monay, January 31st, 2022, Perio 1 teachers will email their stuents proviing classroom locations an to share their virtual classroom coe for more announcements if nee be. Stuent timetables will be istribute to stuents on the first ay back in their Perio 1 classes. The lunch perio is inicate on the timetable. Stuents on Perio 1 spare can pick up their timetables in the attenance office.

在 2022 年 1 月 31 日 ( 周一 ) 之前，第一节课的教师将通过电子邮件向学生发送教室位置，并在需要时分享他们的虚拟教室代码以便学生获得更多通知。学生课程表将在第 1 天的第 1 节课分发给学生。午餐时间会列在课程表上。在第一节课课间休息的学生可以到考勤办公室（ attenance office ）领取他们的课程表。

2. LOCKERS:

储物柜

Stuents will have access to their lockers early next week. Locker numbers can be foun on the top right-han corner of the stuent timetable. Only school locks on a stuent ’ s assigne locker will be acceptable. Grae 9 stuents have been provie with a school issue lock at the start of the school year an stuents in Graes 10-12 must use their school issue lock from previous years. School locks can be purchase in the main office for $10 if require.

下周初学生就可以使用储物柜了。储物柜号码可在学生课程表的右上角找到。学生储物柜只能上学校指定的锁。 9 年级的学生会在学年开始时收到学校发放的锁， 10-12 年级的学生必须使用学校前几年发放的锁。如果需要，学校的锁可以在主办公室购买，价格为 10 美元。

3. MORNING ENTRANCE ROUTINE:

早上入校流程

We will be ifferent Doors for stuents to enter the builing in the morning. Doors will open at aroun 8:20am. Perio 1 begins at 8:30am. For efficiency, we ask stuents to use the Ontario COVID-19 Screening Too l for screening purposes in the morning, otherwise stuents will be screene verbally.

我们将为学生在早上进入大楼开放不同的门。早上 8:20 左右开门，第一节课在上午 8:30 开始。为了提高效率，我们要求学生在早上使用安大略 COVID-19 筛查工具进行自我健康筛查，否则将对学生进行口头筛查。

4. LUNCHES:

午餐

Cafeteria service will be available aily for stuents. The cafeteria will have a limite seating capacity ue to COVID Safety Measures.

学校每日为学生提供自助餐厅服务。由于采取了新冠肺炎安全措施，自助餐厅将会限制同时就餐人数。

5. DEVICE RETURN:

设备返还

Please consier returning a borrowe computer/evice if no longer neee for istance learning to the main office next week.

如有不再需要借用的远程学习时使用的电脑或设备，请于下周归还主办公室（ main office ）。

6. UNIFORM:

校服

Stuents must always ahere to the uniform. All outerwear must be store in the stuent ’ s locker or shoes bags.

学生必须始终坚持穿校服。所有外套必须存放在学生的储物柜或鞋帽箱包内。

7. 备注：

For those who have recently requeste a temporary switch to online learning, we are extening the temporary online learning moe until Friay, March 11 (last ay before March break).

对于前一段要求暂时转成网课的学生可以继续保持网课模式一直到 3 月 11 日，即 3 月份春假March break前的最后一天上课日。
