学生优势：

文书思路

跟z同学进行一系列的头脑风暴之后，我们最终确定按照一下思路来展开ps内容：

开头： 未来憧憬式--站在2022年用情景描述的方式来打开学生的短期职业目标， 给招生官一种直观的了解。

正文：用倒叙方式阐述z同学童年期间家庭对他建筑学方面的启蒙和培养，从而交待清楚z同学为什么选择建筑学这个专业， 以及对建筑学的热爱。

接着，重点笔墨在于通过讲述z同学在大学期间项目中对建筑学成绩规划方向的摸索、再认知、反思、改善等一系列优良表现。 从中能看出我们的z同学有很高的专业素养。 在实践中后期，z同学在帮助联想集团发起的项目中研发的产品进入孵化器并进行融资的过程中， 他深刻意识到搭建支撑平台，实现青年人才培养的迫切需要。结合之前在土建筑训练营的实践，z同学决定进入房地产领域，将更多的资本引入教育，同时开发、设计、施工、规范高质量、安全、可持续发展的建筑。推动社会活动的想法会比设计建筑更让z同学满意。

然后， 在z同学选择在龙湖地产进行实习。实习过程中，z同学勤恳努力，主动学习房地产领域业务所需的基本知识。 因为自己的爷爷和叔叔也是从事房地产领域的工作， 所以z同学对于房地产已经基本形成了一个整体性的认识。 基于此，z同学发现了中国大陆地产行业普遍的一个问题，那就是业务系统普遍比较乱，没有一个比较健全的、统一的系统来把每个项目所涉及的所有端口、人员、和业务的信息归纳在一起， 所以对于管理层或者新人来说，想要得到之前中断或者延期的项目的完整和最新信息的话，会非常困难。所以， z同学立志要在研究生阶段好好学习相关管理、技术、设计等方面的知识来为将来实现自己的规划打下坚实的基础。

最后：结合自己对项目的兴趣和职业目标，阐述自己为何很match这个项目。

申请总结

总体来讲，z同学gpa 较弱，需要用软性背景来凑。所以，在头脑风暴和平时的沟通当中，我挖掘到了很多z同学在课外项目中的细节经历，感觉很能体现出一个建筑学专业学生的优秀素养。尤其是学生发起的联想与北京未来都市设计高级创新中心的项目，c+建筑师设计项目和生土建筑项目。 所以，在一开始我就让学生和家长搜集各个地方的他写过的论文、作品等， 来了解学生实际表现。在z同学提供的公众号的新闻报道转载文章中，我了解到一些很打动人的关述他们生土项目的文字， 我利用了其中一部分对于生土建筑的益处的科学层面的解释， 帮助招生官理解学生的项目意义所在。 最后，对于他申请的各个项目的不同房地产偏向，我也是在官网提前认真了解， 把ps调整得完全切合项目所需要的人才 要求。

总体下来，录取大满贯我觉得是我们和学生相互默契配合， 实时跟进，勤恳更新和反馈情况给学校的一个完美结果。
