An then I employe RNA silencing or CRIPR-Cas9 technology to reuce the backgroun expression level of MKX in liver cells, an verifie that its antiviral effect was inee meiate by MKX. After that, I analyze the sequence information that MKX recognizes DNA an bins to it, screene the possible action sites in HBV genome sequence, an etermine the sequence characteristics by mutation. Base on this, I got the possible molecular mechanism of the restriction of MKX on HBV proliferation.
