个人陈述主除了阐述学生的优势（理论方面的准备和实践方面的准备），主要阐释自己在统计这个领域的兴趣，清晰的博士阶段目标和职业目标，一般都是选择三个该方向的导师，详细阐释与老师的匹配，对老师研究的理解和规划，把该部分作为本文书的重点。

申请总结

博士申请尽量展示学生的清晰的研究规划和研究兴趣。关于语言问题，要提前和学生沟通好，不要出现后面需要语言的情况。及时关注学生邮箱，不要错过面试邮件。积极引导学生面试准备。
