环境科学属于交叉学科，主要研究两个方面：一是我们自然环境的无聊和生物变化过程，二是解决环境问题的科学方法和应用。

职业导向：科研人员，大学教授，高中老师，环境问题顾问及律师，相关政府职能部门官员。
就业前景：随着环境问题的日益突出，对于环境科学的毕业生的需求会越来越大。本科毕业生和研究生都可以在政府部门、科研单位、公司找到工作，当然，如果有硕士学位将会更好。学生如果能辅修商学、公共管理、健康保健，那么就业前景会更好。
