学生优势：爸爸是从事相关行业工作的，所以学生对于会计行业的认知比较清晰。 硬件条件偏中上。 另外学生还辅修了几门会计专业课，最终得到了两个毕业证。

学生劣势：学生是在考研失败后加入留学大军的行列，准备比较晚，在没出分之前， 学生几乎不让打扰。专业实践也是在11月才开始，细节上也不够丰富。 另外，学生在文书思路方面基本没什么想法， 文书素材沟通上面需要花比较多时间去挖掘， 需要举较多例子来启发学生。

文书思路

学生PS主要按照围绕思路展开：从小受家庭环境的熏陶，加上自己的天赋，学生自身对于数学比较敏感和擅长，而且她利用这个特长帮父母管理家庭财政收支，出具月度“财务”报告。 在这样的习惯下，学生逐步建立了较强的自信，并且对于自己相关的生活规划做出了改变。 比如这个月在零食方面花的钱多了，导致体重增多， 所以下个月会削减这方面的开支。

因为有商科方面的熏陶，且自己有一套管理生活的心得，所以觉得商科管理很不错。在大学期间，她广读相关权威杂志和书籍来增长课外知识，对当下整个金融圈的新闻进行实时掌握。 在此期间，她逐渐形成了比较强的洞察能力， 比如共享办公室、共享睡眠舱的不成熟发展系统背后的相关规范标准和引导。 所以她想学习更多的知识。通过多听一些感兴趣的讲座、辅修会计课程、实习实践等方面的努力，学生逐渐越来越喜欢会计学。 实践中的成就感促使学生决定申请会计学， 用更高的技能和权威的数据来帮助公司解决财务问题、提供专业的建议。

因为总体来讲，学生硬件条件良好， 所以在头脑风暴和ps讨论的时候我把重点放在了软件背景挖掘上。 通过学生的课堂展示、课后作业、参与过的研究和项目等，我挖掘到了比刚开始拿到学生的文书信息表详细很多的细节性信息，这特别有利于我对学生形成一个比较详细的认识。 但是，学生还没有开始实习。 而且她的第一段实习由于自己是往届毕业生，所以是不走人力程序的，只能算是专业实践。所以，我又将学生平时的生活和学习习惯进行了挖掘，最终聊出了她小时候用数学帮家长管理家庭财务的事情等等。

在后来的过程中，我们碰到了以下问题：

1. 对于我们文书中需要体现的经济学相关知识学生并没有任何观点。 所以这个时候我要充分发挥自己的作用，在讨论的基础上，我进行了相关专业知识的搜集和学习，补充了某些方面的细节。

2. 学生在提交所有网申后， 由于没有新的工作内容（第二段实习是有名无实）和活动， 也没有任何其他新的成绩等，所以，在艰难等待前三十录取的过程中，我们用love letter重申了自己对于该项目的兴趣，最终也得到了回报。
