近期与学校沟通，被告知申请退费的信息如下： 如果学生的雅思达不到offer条件申请退费：需要在9月24日前将开课前3个月考的不合格雅思材料发给学校审核 鉴于今年kcl 研究生offer中的政策要求： 学生没有达到offer语言条件学校不能确认学生位置（如果是没有达到语言条件，请提供在开课日期前三个月内考taken的不合格雅思）并且在换无条件截止日期之前（2018/8/31日前）提供有效的证明材料，发给学校可以申请退费 in the case that you o not meet the english language requirements an the university is unable to confirm your place on the programme, you must provie evience that you have proactively attempte to meet these requirements after the point that you have pai the eposit. we will therefore require ocumente proof of an english language test taken within the three months prior to the start month of your programme; this evience however must be receive by the same ealine for meeting conitions of your offer as specifie in your offer letter. 综上所述，建议不满足语言条件的学生在9月24日前务必将材料发给文案老师审核后， 外联再和学校申请退费，但个案审理，不保证一定能够退费成功，望大家知悉，一切退款情况按实际学校回复情况为准。
