方案设计 1.关于美国的学习和被退学的解释

学生在Iniana bloomington 学了2年半前段学的商科，后转的珠宝设计。最后一个学期基本全部挂科   然后学校在2014年1月份劝退  现在转到AAU 也学珠宝设计。转成珠宝设计第一学期不错  还有A B 等   是转成珠宝第二学期设计的是他和男朋友相处4年，z不过在最后一个学习中旬的时候分手了   对她打击很大。所以心理承受不住，导致最后最后一个学期没有办法继续完成学习。沉溺在悲伤之中哈哈  之后被学校劝退之后  整理好心情，想重新开始，然后在那边申请学校，参加一些exhibition 等 提高自己~~之后才知道不可以在美国呆那么久 所以立刻回国。

 回国这段时间 在大连参加服装设计的学习  还有学习证明。··准备了作品集

签证过程 第一次面签过程：

1.为什么去大连？

因为我在大连学习的是服装设计的培训班，而且有亲戚在大连

2.你是honor stuent，为什么不知道在美国滞留是违法的？

学生回答：什么是honor stuent？当时真的不知道 直到朋友跟我提起我不能在那边滞留，我就立刻回来了，而且我的作品集还有很多材料都落在那边，房子也来不及退

3.什么时候回国的？什么时候被学校退学的？

在2014年6月份回国，2014年1月份被学校退学的

4.申请了几所学校

因为朋友在AAU 给他展示了很多他们专业的作品，AAU的环境和教学质量比较好 所以去了AAU

5.为什么被学校退学了？递交你的成绩单？

因为我和我的男朋友相处了4年，但是在2013年的11月分的时候，我们分手了对我的打击很大。所以最后一个学期的考试fail了，不过我在之前的学习上获得了A的成绩。。。。。。。打断没有说完，递交上成绩单。

6． 有没有去看心理医生？

当时没有，当时因为他过于悲伤，我只想在家里呆着，不想出去面对。

准备了所有材料都有递交，准备的很多都没有机会说，签证官比较冷淡，而且不理不睬 最后收了成绩单，说要审查学校信息。

第二次面签过程

VO: why you were ismisse by IUB

Stuent：My boyfrien wante to break up with me ue to some reasons. We ha been together for four years an i was so confient about this relationship! It seems everything change suenly, i i not know what to o an what i can o. I i not tell my parents since i i not want them to worrie about me. I trie to go to class as usual, but when i went outsie i foun that every single street was full of our memories. I stare to get tire easily. What i only want was to stay at home by myself.

VO: give me your transcript in IUB

Stuent: I i pretty well at this area an you can see it from my transcript. An here are my portfolios.. i want to go back to USA to continue my stuy an i i lots of preparation for this. I took the tofel test an i got 86. I applie for new university an I went to a class about fashion esign. I am reay for my new life.

VO: why you stay in USA about 5 months?

Stuent: I thought i can stay in USA because my passport showe that its expiration ate is 10 FEB 2019.I i not know that i was suppose to leave USA when i was not a full time stuent until i starte to apply for new university. As soon as i knew this, i call my lawyer to check my situation then i came back to china as soon as possible because i still continue my stuy in USA.

VO: what i you o uring these 5 months?

Stuent: I searche information about other universities online. I i some preparation for new applications. I went to visit some galleries an exhibitions to know more about my major an i wrote some notes about them.

VO: the school in’t give you email about you I-20 was cancele?

Stuent: Actually the university once sent me an email to explain the visa issue. But i i not check my mailbox for a long time. I was in a ba moo. I staye in my apartment all ay an i i not care about what happen aroun me. So i misse this important email.

VO: Why o you want transfer to AAU?

Stuent: I have some friens in that school. Some of them stuy fashion esign there so we talk a lot about this university. They showe me some of their projects. I think this school is really professional an creative so i want to stuy there. I cannot wait to go to that school.

VO: What major o you want to stuy in AAU?

Stuent: Jewelry esign. I love all the beautiful things. In china people love an follow korean fashion, Englan style or western fashion but we o not have our own fashion style. I wish one ay my works can change their min an make them feel prou of chinese fashion.

VO: What will you o after grauation from USA?

Stuent: I will come back to china to create my personal fashion bran. 签证结果与分析： 第一次学生有些紧张，培训的内容没有说出来，所以签证官没有给他通过

第二次学生非常积极的回答签证官的问题，并且有STUDY PLAN， statement， timetable，自己的作品集 以及转学分报告作为辅助，递交给签证官

结果审核3天顺利通过签证
