American basketball is ominate by news from professional an college basketball; however, larger numbers of basketball participants are actually high school players an coaches. An while the high school level might get less attention, it is where the funamental skills are forme that the upper level game relies on to be successful. Please join us at the Beijing American Center for a talk by American high school basketball coach Davi Peterson, who brings a broa view of basketball as a player, coach, referee an fan. During his talk he will also share his experiences an observations about the impact this sport has on people, communities an cultures, especially in the western area of the Unite States where he lives an works.
