在澳洲感染新冠怎么办？

如果你 感到不适 ，出现了 感染新冠的症状 。你需要 电话联系你的gp （全科医生）或是直接 拨打24小时国家帮助热线 1800 022 222 ，告知对方你怀疑自己感染新冠，再根据对方的指引进行下一步的检测和必要情况下的治疗。 根据各州卫生局公布的信息，我们汇总了目前 各州定点检测和收治新冠病例的医院 ，大家有需要也可以尝试直接联系这些医院获得帮助。

方法一

拥有allianz海外学生保险oshc的同学萌可以直接使用软件视频医生哦 软件名字叫做——octors on eman

记得要绑定 policy number 可以免费看病的哟

然后就可以按see a octor预约医生啦 在线可以就诊的医生会列在里面的哈

方法二

如果不是安联的海外学生保险，或者更想见到祖国的医生，可以使用马爸爸旗下的阿里健康在线咨询哦～

方法如下所示 （北京时间8:30-24:00） 首先，支付宝首页搜索关键词：“科学防疫”

另外 京东集团旗下京东健康推出“全球免费健康咨询平台”，面向身处海外的广大同胞提供免费在线问诊和心理疏导服务。该平台为中英双语，方便海外华人使用。 使用方法： 打开京东app,在搜索框搜索“海外问诊”或“全球抗疫”即可进入活动页面。

** 海外留学生保险可以保新冠病毒的检测和治疗吗？**

根据目前政府公布的信息以及我们从保险合作方allianz处得到的消息，关于本次新冠病毒的检测和治疗都可以按照正常程序申报保险，赔付的额度也和正常标准相同。 如果你出现症状，需要联系gp，oshc（海外留学生保险）会按照政府医疗费用报销列表（mbs）规定额度的100%报销。 如果你需要到医院进行病毒检测等不涉及住院的医疗服务，oshc会按照mbs规定额度的85%报销。 如果你需要住院治疗，那么根据以下情况报销额度将会不同：a. 你所使用的保险公司的合作私立医院：将报销100% mbs fee， 患者自行弥补差价。住院费按照保险公司与医院的合同价报销 如若有差价， 患者自行弥补差价。b. 未与你使用的保险公司合作的私立医院：将报销100% mbs fee， 患者自行弥补差价。住院费患者自费 保险公司不报。请联系保险公司来确认私立医院是否与保险公司有合约。*c. 公立医院：将按照mbs规定额度的100%报销，患者自行弥补差价 如果需要使用处方药，根据政府药品福利计划（pbs），一般每个处方药最多报销50澳元，单身学生一年最多报销处方药费300澳元，有家庭者则每个家庭一年最多报销处方药费600澳元。 

此外，oshc的赔付范围还包括：

外科植入的假体（详情参照澳洲政府卫生部的植入物列表）100%赔付；
救护车服务（当需要入院治疗时）；需要紧急治疗时，100%的载送费。

mbs（医疗费用报销列表）是政府根据医疗服务类别的不同分别规定的最高报销额度，实际治疗的费用可能会超过列表上的规定额度。
所以综上，如果你有oshc，那么 最划算的还是选择公立医院进行治疗 。

关于保险的其他问题 我决定不再回澳洲了，可以取消oshc吗？
可以。学生可以联系你的保险公司申请取消和退款。

由于新冠疫情禁令导致我无法回到澳大利亚继续学业，我可以申请为我的保险改期吗？
可以。学生可以在与就读院校确定新的学习时间后，联系保险公司申请改期。申请改期的次数不限。

oshc有等待期吗？ 

有。如果在你入境澳洲或保险生效前（取时间点晚者） 就患有某些疾病，那么你可能需要经过等待期才可享受福利。具体规定如下： 曾有过精神病史：等待期2个月后才可享受福利 曾有过除精神病以外的其他病史：等待期12个月后才可享受福利 怀孕和生产类福利：投保后经过12个月等待期开始享受 救护车服务：无等待期
