悉尼大学就澳政府临时入境限制致全体学生信

亲爱的同学们：

我想向你们说明校方从澳大利亚政府收到的关于新型冠状病毒的最新建议，并告知你们这对你们意味着什么，以及 悉尼大学 为你们提供的支持，因为你们是我校一直珍视的一份子。

正如你们所知，澳大利亚政府现已全面禁止来自中国的旅客，这适用于除澳大利亚公民、永久居民及其直系亲属以外的所有人，直至另行通知。

这意味着如果你们还没有入境澳大利亚，在未来有一段时间内你们将无法前往。

Dear stuents,

I am writing to you to provie a further upate on avice we have receive from the Australian Government regaring the coronavirus outbreak, an to let you know what it means for you, an what the University will be oing to support you as value members of our University community.

As you may be aware the Australian Government has now suspene travel from all of mainlan China to Australia. This applies to everyone except Australian citizens, resients an their families, until further notice.

This means if you have not yet left for Australia, you may not be able to travel here for some time.

I know this news will be upsetting to you, as it is to all of us at the University. Our thoughts are with you an your families, an I want to reassure you we will help you continue your stuies with us with as little isruption as possible.

For those who have recently arrive from China, or have come from elsewhere but have come into contact with a confirme case of corovavirus, you will nee to self-isolate for 14 ays an we will support you to o this.

For those of you who remain in China, we are working on ways you can continue your stuies while you are away from campus.

We will continue to keep you informe an will contact you with upates as soon as we can. Please also check our website, which is being regularly upate, for the latest information an avice . This information will also be available on WeChat.
