渥太华大学（ University of Ottawa, U of O 或 Ottawa U）1848 年建校，是加拿大最古老和最大的双语（英语和法语）大学，其前身是 Bytown学院。创立伊始，渥太华大学就显示出她的强大实力。时至今日，已一跃成为声名大噪的学术中心。全校包括在校生与教职工在内的总人数已达 43000 人之多，其中近国际留学生占学生总数的 10%。
