论文/专利、项目经历和实习经历

是CV的主体，也是学校最关注的部分。这里的论文，不是说一定要发表知名刊物上的，如刊登在校内报纸上，或者自己写的未发表的优秀论文也可算上。项目经历可以说是简历里占据篇幅最大的一部分，不仅仅要写出项目名称，担当职位，更要表达申请人在项目中做出的贡献及成果。

实习经历要有实习单位名称、职位及实习期限，最好挑选和申请专业最相关的，不求多，一到两个即可;一个长久的实习远胜于几个一星期的实习。

活动经历

包括在学校参加的社团、校内的各种比赛，志愿者活动，体育活动等，简单陈列即可。

荣誉奖励

按时间顺序罗列出来。

补充信息

一般写申请者的兴趣爱好及计算机技能等。兴趣爱好是体现个人的不同之处，尤其是特长，没有特别于他人的特点就不用写了;计算机水平对于申请金融工程或者电气工程的学生是加分项。

一些写简历的技巧

含金量高的写到前面

个人的教育经历、论文发表、科研经历、实习工作经历，是简历中含金量最高的部分，应当放在简历的最前半部分，且占整篇简历的60%以上。然而仍有很多学生却将姓名、性别、生日、联系方式等次要信息占掉简历的前30%。

罗列科研项目的顺序要有原则

罗列科研项目的顺序。一般我们坚持以下两个原则：a.就近原则，教授更愿意看到我们目前或者最近正在做的项目，而不是我们从大一到现在逐一列举我们做了什么，应该按照时间最近的顺序进行罗列;b.相关性原则，挑选与我们申请专业分支相关性最大的项目放在前面，按照其相关程度依次列出相关经历。

项目部分着重突出个人职责

项目部分着重突出个人职责。看简历的人一般都是本专业的教授，既然是教授，那他们可能一看到我们的科研项目，就知道这个项目怎么做，所以无需花篇幅去写研究背景、项目介绍。重要的是申请者在这个项目中的职责，最好是表述清楚申请者在该项目中运用什么知识或者软件、做了什么、最后实现了什么。

成绩不是必须写在简历上

因为在网申中，所有的学校都会问到申请者的语言成绩和专业课成绩，因此对于一些硬件成绩并不是很理想的学生，最好不要将GPA和GT成绩写在简历上，一来这部分内容会占去简历一些空间，显得简历并不是很简洁;二来成绩不理想，并不能给我们的简历加分。

删掉简历中的废话

删掉简历中的废话。比如学生的一个比赛名称是“Robot Assembly an Design”，却又在个人职责里写Designe an assemble a robot。看名称就知道学生设计和组装了机器人，职责里面再说一遍，相当于废话，可以删掉。再比如学生的实习是在某某公司，却在个人职责里面写worke as a technical trainee in XXX，也是废话连篇，直接在实习单位后面写Position：technical trainee即可。

统一格式

统一时间格式，用数字就全都用数字，用简写就全都用简写，如果第一段经历精确到月份，后面提到的其他经历也都精确到月份，不要一会儿写05/2013-06/2015，一会儿写2014.03.21-2016.02.18，一会儿写April 2015一会儿又写one year。

对于比较稀有的奖项或名称稍作解释

对于比较稀有的奖项或名称，比如XXX企业奖学金，可以稍作解释，提供获奖比例，比如200个学生里只有一个学生可以获得，可以在解释该奖项以后，加括号写1/200，使得录取委员会更直观看到获奖比例。

个人简历的英译很多，如 “Personnel Vita” 、 “Autobiographical Statement” 、 “Personal Statement” 、 “Autobiography” 、 “Resume” 。其中 “Resume” 写法稍有不同。个人简历一般应简要写明本人所受教育、专业兴趣、工作经历、所取得的成绩及家庭背景。

有关个人简历写作的注意要点。综合各校的要求，特做如下分析：
