PSW毕业生工作签证确定回归

消息一出，卫报、BBC、金融时报等英国各大媒体纷纷头条报道。小冲老师也从各种主流媒体了解到，该政策对于签证的发放不设数量上限，也没有具体的专业要求，任何专业的学生都可以提交申请。在持有PSW签证期间，留学生还可以再次申请更长期的工作签证！

可以说给那些寻求国际教育和工作“双硬核”背景的学生注入了一剂真正的留学强心针！

10月08日晚，一则在网站上的政府官方回应在朋友圈炸开了留英申请的“第一锅”, 在英国UK Government an Parliament Petitions（英国政府和议会请愿网站）上，截止发文时该请愿书已有超过两万五千人签名请愿：希望政府尽早公布PSW回归时间点。 众所周知，如果请愿得到超过10,000数量的申请，政府会对民众提出的诉求需要做出官方相应的回应。

我们从英国内政部获悉以下关于毕业生签证的具体信息：

Any international stuent who will complete their course in or after the summer of 2021 will be eligible to apply for the new two year Grauate route.

预计在2021年夏季及之后毕业的国际学生将符合该两年毕业生签证的条件，

Unfortunately the Grauate route will not be open to those who have complete their stuies or are ue to complete them in the summer of 2020

但是很遗憾，2020年夏季毕业的学生将不会符合该签证申请的要求。

We are still waiting on further etails about implementation, but the Home Office has announce key features of the route:

新签证类型的具体实施细节还有待进一步制定及公布，但是目前英国内政部宣布了一下关键要点：

It will be open to international stuents who have successfully complete a course of stuy at unergrauate (RQF 6) level or above at a Higher Eucation Provier with a track recor of compliance, an who have a vali an extant stuent visa at the time of application;

该签证面向人群为顺利在英国高等教育机构攻读本科（RQF6）及以上课程的国际毕业生，并在申请时持有效的学生签证。

The application process will be simple. There will be an application fee an applicants will pay the Immigration Health Surcharge;

该签证的申请流程将会很便捷，当然申请人在申请的同时也需要支付相关的签证申请费及医疗保险费用；

Applicants will be subject to ientity, criminality an security checks

内政部将会对申请人的身份背景，犯罪记录及危害社会安全等所有不良记录进行全方位的调查，

The leave perio grante will be two years an will be non-extenable. Settlement rights will not be accrue;

获签后，申请人将获得为期两年有效期的签证，该签证不能延期，将不会累积在定居时长内。

Iniviuals will be able to work, or look for work in any sector, at any level;

申请人获签后将可以在英国境内工作或者寻找工作；

Iniviuals will be able to switch into the skille work route if they meet the requirements.

如果满足相关要求后，申请人可以转申技术工作类签证。

再次，我们将随时告知各位关于该类型签证的政策的进一步落实信息。The new route will be launche in the summer of 2021. Any stuent who successfully completes their egree-level course at a qualifying institution in the summer of 2021 or thereafter will be eligible to apply. This inclues stuents who are alreay stuying. Announcing the route now enables prospective stuents to ecie where to stuy, knowing they have the option of staying in the UK to work after completing their stuies.

新的签证路径将于2021年夏天开始实施。任何在2021年夏季在英国认可的高等教育机构完成学位以上课程的学生都有资格申请该签证，这也包括那些已经在英国就读的学生。现在宣布该政策是为了让学生可以提前决定自己的就读意向，并且知晓自己在将来完成学业后是有留在英国工作的机会的。

All stuents accepte for the Grauate route will receive two years non-extenable leave. During that time, they will be able to work, or look for work, at any skill level. Grauates will also be able to switch into skille work once they have foun a suitable job.

所有获得该资格的学生将会有为期两年不可延长的工作签证。在这期间，申请人可以停留在英国工作或者寻找工作机会，且该工作将不会有等级的限制。如果申请在此期间找到适合的工作的话，即可申请转成技术工作类型签证。

The earlier Tier 1 (Post-Stuy Work) route was close in 2012 because evience suggeste that the route was open to abuse, an many on the route were unemploye or in low-skille work. The Grauate route will have safeguars to ensure that we have control over who can access it, in orer to prevent such abuse in the future. Stuents will only be eligible for the route if they can emonstrate that they have successfully passe their course at egree level or above, stuie at a truste institution, an complie with the terms of their stuent visa.
