如果您在中国境内申请签证，请勿使用未经注册、未声明的代理人协助您的申请。新西兰移民局注意到中国同其他市场一样都存在未经注册的代理人，我们希望能够帮助和保护从中国申请去新西兰旅游的申请人。
只要如实声明，允许未经注册人士（如旅行社或申请人的朋友）帮助申请人填写申请表。若有人协助填写申请表，作为申请人有责任保证其在申请表中如实声明该协助。
任何未注册成为移民顾问或符合豁免注册情况的人士不得提供移民建议，比如利用其移民相关知识或经验，在您向新西兰移民局申请签证过程中提供咨询、协助、指导或代理您的申请。

Message from Immigration New Zealan
Immigration New Zealan (INZ) is about to enter the peak-processing perio for visitor visa applications from Chinese resients. The following questions an answers are intene to assist visitor visa applicants in China.
- How long oes it take to get a New Zealan visitor visa after the application has been submitte?
We process applications as soon as we can. October leaing up to Chinese New Year is the busiest perio for Immigration New Zealan in Beijing. To avoi elays, check that the information in your application is complete an correct. We recommen that you submit your visa application at least one month before your intene ate of travel.
In the 12 months ening 30 June 2019 36% of visitor visa applications from Chinese nationals applying from within China were ecie within 5 ays; 71% were ecie in 10 ays; 92% were ecie within 20 ays.
- Who can help you with a visa application?
People proviing New Zealan immigration avice (whether they are in or outsie of New Zealan) must be license, unless they are exempt from licensing.

If you are applying for a visa in China o not use an unlicense, uneclare agent to assist you with your visa application. INZ is aware that unlicense avisors are operating in China, as well as in other markets, an it wants to make sure visa applicants from China, who want to travel to New Zealan, are helpe an protecte.
It is acceptable for someone who is not license (such as a frien or travel agent) to help with completion of the visa application form, as long as they eclare their help on your application form. It is your responsibility, as an applicant, to ensure that if someone helps you with your application form they eclare their assistance on the form.
Anyone who is not a License Immigration Aviser, or exempt from licensing, cannot provie immigration avice i.e. use their knowlege of, or personal experience in immigration matters to avise, assist, irect or represent you in your visa application to Immigration New Zealan.
Immigration New Zealan is aware of cases where visa applicants have been cheate by unlicense an uneclare agents. Applications involving 'hien' agents inclue a false eclaration an often contain frauulent ocuments. We will ecline those applications.
Be honest in your visa application. Your application will not be approve if we fin it contains false or misleaing information an that will affect any future application you may make for a New Zealan visa.
