知识产权分类

英国将知识产权资产划分为品牌、技术和艺术品三大类。

1.品牌-知识产权

注册的商标、商标在普通法中的权利（依据相关司法管辖区内的法律而定）、艺术品在品牌设计/标识范围内的版权、设计权/注册的设计。

2.技术-知识产权

与技术相关的知识产权包括：专利、技术专有知识、设计、与配方及其他技术信息相关的商业秘密、 植物育种者的权利、电路设计权利、 版权。

3.艺术品-知识产权

从获益权利中产生的，比如从如下产生的版税：包括戏剧等艺术作品和其他演出作品；书籍、报纸和其他文学作品；电影、电视和其他视觉媒介以及音乐，包括歌词（无论是公开的或者已经演出的），以及照片、插图、绘画等。

就业前景

如今知识产权法是一个创新和创意经济的核心部分，甚至是政府和国际政策的核心。中国同样需要知识产权法领域人才，就业方向：工商局知识产权部门、法院知识产权庭、律所、相关代理机构等。
