美国奖学金政策，影响录取？

      Nee-blin方针，是指对于学生的选取和奖学金的发放是分别进行评定的，学校在审核申请材料，不会关注请求者的经济状况。也就是说，不管申请者申请的奖学金是多少，都不会影响录取率。另外，其发放仍要依托对学生家庭经济状况的审理来决议。这项方针仅在少量学校中施行，比如咱们所熟知的哈佛大学、耶鲁大学、普林斯顿大学、麻省理工学院、达特茅斯学院等。
