刷不刷分？看美国Top 50名校的回复

2017年9月1日起实施教育部《新规》第41号令，自2017年9月1日起实施《普通高等学校管理规定》。其中规定第十八条明确表示：“学校应当健全学生学业成绩和学籍档案管理制度，真实、完整地记载、出具学生学业成绩，对通过补考、重修获得的成绩，应当予以标注。”

此条一出，对留学党而言， GPA刷or不刷？That is a question.

换言之，《新规》一出，补考、重修的课程，在成绩单上予以标注的话，是否会对留学申请审核产生消极影响？美国大学对补考、重修课程到底持什么样的态度呢？
