（2）城市规划博士项目要求申请者硕士毕业，拥有城市规划或与之相关学科的专业背景，且硕士gpa3.3以上。此外，申请者本科需修读过至少90个学分的通识教育课程，如社会科学、人文科学或自然科学*(2)

（3）其他硕士项目通常要求申请者本科毕业，建筑学或规划相关硕士项目要求具备一定的建筑学或规划背景，古迹保护要求具备一定的社会科学或考古科学知识背景，房地产开发不限专业*(3)

（4）官网另一处博士项目申请截止日期均为1月3日，根据上封邮件内容，建议尽早申请；博士项目均需通过文理研究生院申请*(3)
