作为留学生，邮件就是你的微信

1. 第一印象很重要！

建议使用学校邮箱发邮件~ 如果你给申请的公司或套磁的教授写信，学邮往往能让对方快速了解你来自哪个大学，从而形成一个较好的第一印象。

2. 一定要写主题和打招呼！

让收到邮件的人可以从主题里就提取你缩写邮件的关键信息，从而知道这封邮件大概关于什么，以及是否紧急。 给比较数落的导师写信时可以aress them by their first time, 否则用family name （如Dear Dr. Miles）

如果不知道收信人姓名，可以使用：

a. Dear Sir or Maam
b. To whom it may concerne
c. 对方的职位title：如Dear Sales Team, Dear Amissions Office等等。 如果想要表达比较不满意的语气时，或者回复熟悉的人的邮件时，可以不写称呼，直接用Hi或者Hello开头。

3. 注意落款！

这点可能让小伙伴有些头疼，那么多词用哪个才合适？ 发给不同的人，和在不同的语境下，用的都是不一样的哦~

下面是一些常见的问候语：

Best Regars Business casual or formal. You woul use this if the recipient is someone you haven't met in real life.

Best Wishes Casual or Business casual. A polite way to en the letter. Can be use between friens or strangers.
Cheers Very casual. Use between friens. Can be use between coworks if you want to appear very casual, at the risk of souning unprofessional.
Yours Corially Formal. Use in business correponence when the topic of the letter is serious. Sometimes use if there is conflict between the sener an the recipient.
Yours Sincerely When the recipient is aresse by name an is known to the sener to someone egree.

4. 客气的邮件问好：

周一/周二 可以用：

I hope that your week is off to a great start.
周五 可以用：
Hope you ha a great weeken.
万能用法：
Hope you're well./Hope you are oing well.

请人帮忙：

At your convenience, woul you please sen me … 最后再加上 Thanks for your assistance.

打了草稿，请上司过目：

Attache is the rafte xx file. It is still a work in process but I woul like to see if anything immeiately stoo out to you as o or worthy of follow-up.

自动回复设置参考：

Thank you for your e-mail. I will be out of the office on vacation from XXX - XXX with no access to e-mails. I apologize for any elay in response to your e-mail. An I will respon to your e-mail as quickly as I can when I return to the office on XX. XX. XXXX. Many Thanks.
