

人力资源管理到底学什么的?
以 英国大学 为例,人力资源管理专业大致可分为两个方向:人力资源管理( Human Resource Management )和国际人力资源管理( International Human Resource Management )。
相较而言,人力资源管理专业的实际操作性较强,课程能够让同学接触到人力资源的方方方方面面问题;而国际人力管理专业则注重宏观战略和全球人力密源问题。
就业方向:企业人力资源管理者, HR ,招聘, BP 等无论企业大小,根本在于人员管理,可见对于该职务的依赖之强;猎聘行业,人才资源成为目前商业社会中最被重视的资源之一,猎聘行业随之发展迅猛。
哪些大学的人力资源管理专业值得推荐呢?
伦敦政治经济学院( LSE )
LSE 有 2 个人力方向,一个主要针对欧洲和 英国 学生设计,中国学生极少,建议学过社会学的学生转专业申请。这个专业收 50 人左右,毕业同时会有 CIPD 会员资格。另一个专业是国际劳动关系和 HRM ,选修课程多,覆盖劳动经济学等诸多领域,更建议国际学生申请,招收的人数多。

曼彻斯特大学
曼彻斯特人力好多多, MBS +环发,会挑花眼的。当然,我们主要说 MBS 的。国际学生选 Intetnational route 那个多点,课程相对轻松,如果有留英打算,想必修 CIPD 课程的,这个可以选 omestic route ,这个会附加作业和 3000 字的 report ,比较烦。第二学期会比较痛苦,量很大时间紧,建议有工作背景申请。

卡大人力算全英比较强的学校之一,课程设置细致而实用。课程强度比较大,与此同时,挂科率相对比较高。国外有学生放弃去 WBS 选择去卡迪夫这个专业。有 CIPD 认证,收学生中等不算多,体验度不错。

Warwick 的 hrm 不算王牌专业但大牌,因为这个课程对专业背景没有硬性规定。所以申的人多,有 CIPD 认证,加上华威商学院有钱,资源丰富,专业比较豪,会请些个资深的高级的从业人员来授课,探讨当下热门话题。

申请要求:雅思 7.0 ,两单科 7.0 ,两单科 6.0/6.5 ;英国 2:1 学位。
爱丁堡大学
爱丁堡的的 HRM 在商学院里,任何专业都能申, 2012 年开了 CIPD 认证,这个专业适合以后做培训以及处理员工关系。申请难度比不上曼大和兰卡这些学校,甚至和杜伦比,也会推荐杜伦多一点。
