澳洲大学关于新型冠状病毒的通知

2月，正是澳洲和新西兰大学开学的高峰期，无奈遇上本次疫情，让澳新的海外留学生又有更多的时间陪在家人身边。

澳大利亚弗林德斯大学针对新型冠状病毒更新信息如下：

对于已经在澳大利亚入学的来自中国大陆的学生，入学指导和课程将与其他所有学生一样照常进行。学校会时刻关注这些学生，并与他们保持密切联系。

对于仍在中国大陆无法进入澳洲的学生，大学对于他们的第一学期安排如下：

1.从学期开始在线学习，并在抵达阿德莱德后进行面对面的学习 

2.延期上课至2020年3月31日 -在学生抵达学校后提供补习班 

3.压缩第一学期从4月下旬开始，至6月结束（具体日期待定）

         学校已发邮件给每位学生，并提供了适用于其学院和学院内课程的特定信息。此外，大学的最新信息可在学校的员工和学生网站上找到。

Over the past 2 weeks there has been much work one by staff across the University. We have communicate with, an have confirme whether, our continuing, commencing an prospective stuents were able to arrive in Australia before 1st February when the restriction on entry for people travelling from mainlan China came into effect. Our Survey was a very important part of this process an I thank-you for your assistance in circulating to our stuents. 

For our stuents from mainlan China who are alreay in Australia enrolment, orientation an classes will progress as normal along with all other stuents. That sai, we remain in close communication an are proviing support to these stuents as we recognise the concerns they have for family an friens back home.

 We also have continuing an commencing stuents who are still in mainlan China an are unerstanably anxious about their iniviual circumstances. Latest communications were sent to this group on Friay 14th February from their relevant College Dean (Eucation) with more etaile information about their courses an avising how the University is working on arrangements for them for semester one. In each of our Colleges these arrangements may inclue: Stuy online from the beginning of semester an transfer to face to face classes upon arrival in Aelaie Deferre start of classes up to 31 March 2020 Provision of catch-up classes on arrival Compresse Semester 1 starting in late April an finishing in June (exact ates to be confirme) We have written to each stuent with specific etails that apply to their College an courses within their College.
