第45所法学院宣布接受GRE - 加州伯克利

GRE阵营又新增一所T14院校的加入！这次宣布入伙GRE的学校是：

他们都是继耶鲁法学院之后的第45所同意接受GRE用作JD申请的法学院。伯克利法学院官方宣称：

Berkeley Law will accept the GRE an GMAT in some cases to make the process of applying to the J.D. program simpler for those intereste in concurrent or combine egree programs, an for the caniates who are most likely to pursue specialize practice fiels (for example, in patent law, start-up law, energy law, etc.). 显然，虽然是接受了GRE，但是也许并不适用于大多数的申请人：更适合那些目标在联合项目的申请人。伯克利法学院官方也列举了哪些学生符合申请，比如：

Applicants to the J.D. program concurrently applying (in the same application cycle) to another U.C. Berkeley grauate or professional egree program.Example: Applicant A is applying to both the J.D. program an the MPP program at Golman for fall 2021, plans to pursue a J.D./MPP, but will (if amitte to both) begin in the MPP program an efer law until fall 2022. The J.D. program will accept the applicant’s GRE score.

Applicants to the J.D. program who, at the time of application submission, are currently enrolle in another U.C. Berkeley grauate or professional egree program an who seek to begin a concurrent egree program the following fall. Example: Applicant B is a first-year MCP stuent in the Department of City an Regional Planning. They are applying to the J.D. program in orer to begin a concurrent J.D./MCP egree program in fall 2020. The J.D. program will accept the applicant’s GRE score.

Applicants to the J.D. program who, at the time of application submission, are currently enrolle in a egree program eligible to be combine with a J.D. from Berkeley Law, an who seek to begin that combine egree program the following fall.Example: Applicant C is a first-year Masters of Arts stuent in the Fletcher School of Law an Diplomacy at Tufts University. They are applying to the J.D. program in orer to begin a combine J.D./M.A. egree program in fall 2020. The J.D. program will accept the applicant’s GRE score.

Note: An applicant applying to the J.D. program who simply eclares an intent to pursue a combine or concurrent egree program, without either alreay having applie to the other program or without being enrolle in such a program, is not eligible to apply with a GRE or GMAT score.
